I figured this out too, last week, it was funny when I was like "WTF I WANNA COMPLETE THIS FRIGGIN QUEST!!" Then someone told me it had happened to him and you just have to equip it and then right click on it while it's equipped. |

Ahah yeah, the exact same thing happened to me when I was testing a few things out on a trial account, its completly bugged. | |
