This does still work, but I'd say the jumping technique is difficult to convey, and it's a matter of trial and error:
Go to the left corner, right up to the AH 'desk'. Press W, followed by a couple or quick succession of 'A'. I find a couple of taps does it, sometimes a W,A,A,W combo helps you get up the wall a bit. This is done in stages. As soon as you jump up the wall a bit, you'll probably get the knack of getting right to the top. I suppose it's a matter of quick jumping and strafing.
Even so, there's not much you can do when you are up there, other than spout nonsense. I created a human priest once, took him to IF outside the bank, then preached verses of 'The Art of War' by Sun-Tzu (Alliance need help in BGs, eh?). I had a captive audience for at least twenty minutes. Of course, a few people started /spitting at me, and (inevitably) some p*ladin (it would have to be, wouldn't it) decided to occupy my spot and do an ever so humorous /dance (oh, the wit!). Anyway, why not preach Life-of-Brian-stylie up on the AH wall. At least you won't get some f*ckwit p*ladin up there.
