good and easy exp at lvl 40ish - MMOwned - World of Warcraft Exploits, Hacks, Bots and Guides

At around level 40 you get a quest called "corrosion prevention" (at zeplin crash grounds near tabetha)where you get an item "ooze buster". Well, basically all you do it get in the range of these energy blasters that give you enough power to kill these oozes. If you tag these oozes first and use the buster, you still get exp and you pretty much kill the oozes without doing anything. There are plenty of these oozes around this place and is good to grind.

I guess this is pretty cool to do for exp.
I'm guessing it's mostly for horde than alliance?

I would assume that this works for both sides. I have done it as an Alliance character, and the quest is given by a goblin at the zeppelin crash, so I am sure both sides can do it.

One thing to note though, is that when you zap an ooze, it seems to have a pretty good agro range. I have zapped one, and had two or three chain agro off of it, when they were a good 5 meters away from the one I zapped.

Also, finding an ooze that is close enough to the zeppelin, or the time it takes to drag one, most classes could have just killed them. Might be nice if you get the quest when the mobs are orange or something though, if that is possible.

I remember doing this quest recently, I swear the oozes give 10xp or very little for killing them with the ooze buster.

The xp is dependant on how much damage you do to them before you zap them. So if you only hit them once then zap them, you'll get low experience. I saw this posted on another site so decided to try it and it just wasnt worth it to me, might as well kill the ooze and get full xp instead of hitting it a couple times and getting 100xp.

i did this quest yesterday, its an easy way to get xp but its xp amount is reduced quite a bit

Doesn't work, you only get like 20xp per kill.

well when i did it i was in a group with another and we we're killing them at the same time, all we did was fire blast em and zap, getting about 200 per kill in a group.
