Ok, so, many know the exploit where if you are a Gnome Twink you can stand where the chest will be and the chest will spawn on top of you if you log on. (Unless it has been fixed) Well now it works for both factions and all races! Just go to the Booty Bay Winter Gnome Turner-Into thingy and turn into a Gnome, from there follow this link for details: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Oh yes, one last thing, the man who spawns the chest begins walking around at 3:00, 9:00, and 6:00, so make sure you get on around then.

its not just 3 9 and 6 its every three hours

But the chest isn't put down at the hour. It take about 3-5 mins for him to walk down. So if you log on to soon there is a level 19 and belove gnome in the open.
