Theres an av trinket that teleports you back to the base while your casting you could switch back to your normal trinket and it would cancel the casting time so u could do it when u just started the cast just a time saving thing i guess. For like Insignias where you would have to wait 30 seconds just to use.

Ill remember to give this a try, but I think it still triggers the inital cooldown of the AV trinket, at least.

Think ya'll are misunderstanding him...

my interpritation is... you have to wait 30 secs to use a newly equipped trinket regardless... so equip your AV trinket and start the cast to port to base. While your casting go ahead and equip your other trinket so your 30 secs is wasted durring the loading screen or whatever.

i could be the one misreading but thats my interpritation

Yea boaz just explained it the 30 second server cooldown and the tele trinket doesnt have a cool down but a casting time
