WRONG! I may not know a method getting on a good boat, BUT, in EPL, go to THIS PLACE <http://img516.imageshack.us/my.php?image=bctinglu1.png> , now you should face a instancelike portal thingy...
NOW, Blink through it! (if you aint a mage, destroy your HS / make it on CD, and Auto Unstuck, and BANG! QUEL'THALAS says WELCOME!

Warning: this may not be THE QUEL'THALAS you always though of it.. but this is 100% my exploration, and i take 100% credit make other like WTF HAXX!!!!11111oneone111one!

I got through it and all that is there is a vertical road, cant seem to find a way into Ghostlands. +REP btw though cos you can get through portal.

All you can do is make the quel'thelas zone name appear, if you try to swim around or mountain climb hack over you'll just hit land/water, my friend told me it's really glitchy so you're like swimming through the land...

Just thought I'd point out, you can also, unstuck, be feared/polyed through, or gnomish mc cap through.

Might be able to get to ghostlands... Use the Gryphon bug from Auberdine(Darkshore) and 'swim' there.
