Idk if its that or maybe its a new low lvl Alchemy quest item? I highly doubt blizz would put this in. Seeing as they just made it so Same faction cant talk to each other in arena why would they go backwards and start making it so other faction can talk to each other? Blizz doesn't like people that battle each other in pvp to be able to talk to each other as it just raises Harassment Pentions

You used to be able to hear ppl but they cant hear you.
it ended up that a horde will tell his buddys and set up an alli to go to deadmines or something to start a raid and then the alli would go there and they would ambush him.

If a horde does some crap like camp me in a BG, I just go on his server, and tell him to stfu on the server I made. Not a big deal, this just makes it so I don't need to take five minutes to make that character. Plus I wish I could talk to horde sometimes, just like, tell them I will have this half of the camp of mobs, and they can have that half. Or thanking them or something, not to bad mouth them.
It's old, so new guys don't post "omg when is it comming?" :P It won't come because they removed it. Just like the rogue disguise profession back in the alpha, it's now gone.
I remember being able to speak common as an undead in beta. Would always say, "HELP LOL" on my rogue and gank people when they came out of Astranaar to look for me.
Yeah but you can still talk to the other faction if your a priest using Mind Control, they can understand your /e they just can't talk back lol
Actually last time (2.1) a priest MC me and did that, I only say "X does some strange gestures." so I think that's a legendary bug that's fixed by now.
