Hello MMO.

This is my first thread at this site.

Me and my guild was in karazhan yesterday and we was fighting Moroes, the number two boss you will face when you enter karazhan.

Anyway he got some mobs/adds standing together with him and here is when the bug part comes.

When the tank is tanking, then let a warlock/paladin or something other there can fear do it, he need to fear one of the adds out of the way you came in, he need to fear the add out to the "big" hale, when one add get feard' out there, ALL the adds will go away and you dont have to fight them, now you can just kill moroes, cuz the adds will just go away.

Hope you guys there is raiding karazhan can use it.

EDIT by Conflag: This does not work, The only way fear can benefit you is to fear the remaining mini-bosses AFTER you've killed Moroes, which'll reset them and you won't have to fight them. otherwise the entire encounter will reset.

Not if you take aggro and pull the mobs near the room where they should go to.

My guild has accidently feared one of the adds out several times, and the whole thing just resets for us. I'm playing EU.

Im olso playing EU .. and when we fear one out all the adds is gone and you can fight with moroes alone ..

cool i will have to test it out, but my previous experience tells me that i will not work, having the fight reset more than ones on me when fearing them outside of the room. perhaps it was added with 2.3 or 2.3.1.... hmm now to wait to test this out.

Me and my guild was doing it here at the 28th, right after karazhan reset. so I still think it work :P

only pallys can fear undead.
cant really know where the fears gunna go,
they have to run down to the bottom of the stairs to reset, even then it resets the whole event.
its quicker to crowd control. sorry but this is useless imo

You kind of have it backwards. AFTER you kill Moroes you can fear the adds outside or just all run back into the hallway to reset the remaining for mobs. But if you fear one before he is dead you will reset the whole thing.

Now if this is a bug because of something in the 2.3 patch then by all means tell me I am wrong but I know for a fact pre 2.3 you would reset the encounter.
