I am writing this trick as i've been reading exploits at this site for months, and thought i should try to contribute a little myself!

I have not tested it yet, so if anyone could confirm that would be great!

Okey, so as everybody knows, leeching in AV brings you alot of honor without working, but using AFK bots is a pretty big risk, and sitting with the computer pressing a button every 3 min to stay out of AFK is very boring.

But the trick i was thinking of, requires the addon called TriviaBot, wich can be found on wow.curse.com. The addon keeps writing questions for others to answer, so if u run to some place without people's, and turn on this "game", it should make you stay out of AFK, as its writing questions and stuff all the time.

As i said, i havent tested this yet!

2. You don't post something you haven't tested and reproduced. It only brings question and sterile debates about how it's possible or not
3. Some Anti AFK bot are totally undetectable, this solution even if it worked, has nothing to bring compared to these.

2. Why do you want people to test if for you ? Are you affraid it won't work ? This kind of test only require 10 min...
3. Who said it was illegal ? Somme bot just simulates key entries, and are not even linked to WoW. Using your system is just as "illegal" regarding WoW EULA.

btw, found a nice spot to stay if you're allied and want to leech. Thing with it is that you can claim you're stuck if someone starts hassling you

Btw, to come out of afk/stay out of afk, it needs keyboard/mouse pressing, by pressing urself, or using some 3rd party program that simulates key pressing.
WoW addons wont simulate keypressing, they can only send commands that do same than keypressing, so this wont work.

I tried it myself sometime before because when i stay afk for more than 30 mins, i self-log out and then conjured items disappear, so i used this and after 30 mins i was logged out = afked. So it doesn't work :-S

Hmm, Ill +rep for trying to contribute, and I have no problem when people ask for rep, You contributed, You deserve credit.

However I think this has been posted before and will not work, I might be wrong but the afk system is activated if no keys have been pressed on your keyboard, not just through the chat. Which is why auto run can still make u afk

I have triviabot and I can say from experience that this doesn't work. The afk system relies on your coordinates in-game (x,y,z), not actions you take. Try it some time, leave your char in one place and just type in guild or in gen for a few minutes. You'll get afk flagged. so having a trivia bot that talks to channels for you doesn't work.

Incorrect, the afk system monitors keyboard and mouse input, if a addon triggers a action like whispering or casting a spell it's no actual keyboard input. If you right click with your mouse every 3 minutes you wont get afked..

Also, people can still report you for being afk, and you will get the debuff. The trivia bots have no way of entering into combat.

yea this wont work. you need actual Key strokes ( key being pressed ). soo what i do ( which is totally legal withing the wow rules terms w/e you call it ) get the Logitech g15 key board make a macro to jump how ever often you want. ( or move w/e, i jump every 5 secs LOL ) or the Belkin Nostromo Speed Pad and make it with that.

G15 ~ $80
SpeedPad ~ $40


i said the g15 is legal since Logitech and Blizz work together sometimes so you wont get banned for using logitechs keyboard, cant say the same with the Speedpad though.
