Item Reinbursement Exploit (Free gold!)

Hey

This is something that happened yesterday.

I bought an item by mistake (namely http://www.wowhead.com/?item=29194, 100g to buy, 25g when sold), and paged a GM.

He said that "sure, i've deleted the item from your bags and you will get the gold back through the ingame mail system", which i did.

But before i did any of that, and althrough the GM had deleted the item, i thought, what the hell, lets try sell it (since i could still see it in my bags).


I got disconneced, but when i logged back in and picked up my email, i was 25g richer then before i had bought the item.


This gives increased profit through higher vendor price, and i found http://www.wowhead.com/?item=29171 to be an excellent item to use this with.

Since it worked for me (two days ago) i'm pretty sure it should work for everyone else aswell. If not, please, tell me. : )

I love it when GM's are nice. I hate it when they are mean like when they banned me for 2 months just cause cause i told him to "F" off. I onley wanted to change my guild name but no ahhh

Last time I had a item restored and I talked to GM I was told that there no limit on that. But if you ask too often GM can just refuse to do it.

I accidently bought an extra enchanting formula once, paged a GM and he told me that accidents caused by players and not by the server is not to be helped with or something like that~~

4 restores maximum. I personally wouldn't use that to make 25g... i had to use one when someone deleted all my merciless gear o.O

I've been told that you get restores back over time. It seems to be true i've got like 7-8 item restores even tho on my 4th one i was told i hit the limit.
