You can spam the new Ritual of Refreshment spell until you proc Mystical Skyfire Diamond at 0 mana cost. This is very useful right before rushing in to get a quick polymorph off (when in arenas).
Also, you can spam it during the duel flag until you get it, and then accept duel. =)

Aren't you also able to just buff Ai the whole time until the gem proccs? |

Ritual of Refreshment has a 5 min CD, it cannot be spammed!!!!
