I was swimming and i tried to get leviate from [Hallow's End Pumpkin Treat] but i got pirate form then i noticed im swimming really fast. Then i tried and it worked. I noticed when i went to land and came back to water, speed faded. I have only tested pirate.

This can be usefull and gives you more change to get fast water moving if you dont get leviate.

Should be working as intended :-) I saw that last year aswell... when you go swimming in those hallow's end pirate costumes you swim much faster then you used to. Nothing strange about it... just put on your costume and go swimming :-p

This is true; but I don't believe it works as intended hence the pirate swims ON the water, not in it.

My guess, if blizz didnt intend this, is the way the models of those costumes act under CreatureModelInfo is for them to move faster than those of normal players. Thats y when u run they normally catch u. I believe

I tought as a pirate you would swim faster than normal and this has always been this way, never tried it with the ninja costume though.
Maybe it would be pure logic if it works aswell since both of those costumes come from deviate fish buff.

I've never notices this before with Deviate, probably just the Hallow's End Candy.

All the self given hallow's end treat costumes have effects.

The orange + big buff gives you a passive effect that occasionally slows enemys when they hit you (Spooked is the name of the debuff I think.)

Skeleton, like the noggenfogger one, gives underwater breathing

Pirate is swim speed

Ghost is Levitation and Slowfall

I think works as intended buuuuuuuuuuT it's not 100% swim speed increase... you just swim with the running on ground speed or someone correct me cause i might mis-read his statement.
