K, I hate walking from the Flight Master, to the exit of BB!
This is probably really old but guess what, I'm gonna post ot anyway for the people who dont know!
Here goes:

Just jump on the house:



Then go right there:



Jump on that part of the House:



Do a little wall jump on the house:



Do another little wall-jump and land on the other side:



Walk over the house to the end:



And jump off:



Voila!
Fun to do and saves time!
Have fun doing it!

To answer your question....I have NO idea My comp runs Fraps perfectly (I use gamecam now, but USED to run fraps perfectly)

this is really old, but with the time u spend doing buildings jump, u could just run on top of 2 buildings and jump on the top platform and run all the way to the entrance of BB easier and faster but GJ posting it, didnt see it else where, and SS's are helpful for whoever

Its you frap setting that make you lag, i found a guide somewhere but i forgot where ill just tell you what i rember. When you load fraps go the your video recording setting and turn off audio (takes up lots of space) also make the resolution smaller because your really not going to watch the video that big and its pointless to have that big resolution for youtube. Thats all i can rember do that and try it, also just mess with your fraps settings.

No joke but I really think jumpin on the building is easier fpr people who can wall-jump good!
