In Evergrove (a neutral town in the North of BEM) there is a moonwell sitting right in the middle of town by the flight path. Stand in the middle of the well, and go ahead and attack any horde/alliance you want, the gaurds will NOT go after you aslong as you stay in there. If the other player comes after you, the gaurds will run in and kill him but still leave you alone as long as you dont attack anymore
I frequently sit in there and kill people as they come off the FP because there is nothing they can do but run away. Make sure to wait a good 10-15s after combat before leaving the well.
Note: Running into the well does NOT make the gaurds leave you alone, you must be inside of it the whole time.
