Ok, so ur a lvl 51 in AV and everyones like "GET OUT NWEB"...well not really but still, u want to lvl fast? well, there are some level ~54 elite kobolds in the mines at AV, pull them with earthbind or slow effects and let the npcs kill them. They are bugged and npc kills will get you xp. 1000-1300 XP per kill...yea thats pretty nice...

Well I used it to level my hunter for 3 levels, went insanely quick, but that was a long time ago... did work back then, VERY effective.

the mobs were nerfed, they are no longer elite (not that you would ever be able to solo them at 51)

I always leveled my 51 toons to 60 and got exalted in the process by killing the mobs in the cave under horde base, 600 or so xp per kill and drop from 2-12 s, the major benefit of this is that if you die, you respawn right above the cave with full health and mana. also the mob respawn rate is insane

there is also no durability loss if you die :-)

all the while leaching AV rep

I am sure the ally equivalent to this are the harpies in the cave near all base

Yeah I leveled up a many levels form the harpies. this was back when you could leach rep and the harpies droped rune cloth grey weapons, I even got an epic ring off them. freezing band or somehting simmilar.
