I dunno if this has been posted before, but here it is:

1. U have to be Mage to do it
2. Click on Blizzard, then jump backwards and hurry click somewhere!
3. Now both of ur hands will glow, BUT u hear an annoying sound all the time!
4. Use Frost Nova
5. Now ur right hand will glow, and u won't hear that annoying sound!

Where I got it from? I saw the Blizzard thing on a vid and I desided to try it out. Then I by accident pressed 7 (7 is where I have Frost Nova)

OK STHO GUYS I FIGURED OUT ANOTHER WAY TO MAKE UR HAND GLOW BLUE FIRST GET A ROGUE TO 30 AND HAVE ALL TP IN ASSASSINATION! THEN GET COLD BLOOD! I FIGURED OUT WHEN COLD BLOOD IS ON UR HAND GLOWS BLUE YAY!!11!one1!
