Hallowed Wand - Exploit!
(Only seemed to work with Hallowed Wand - Ninja)
Seems a little obvious....but: Target party member, then click on item. Click on a person outside of your party to give the person outside of your party the costume.

and.. +rep for the ninja thing, seems like it works the same way you summon a higher lvl at a low lvl instance stone, which just got patched =[
