This will give you an extremely small mount until you dismount. As a bonus, your a bat flying over it.
1) Get a friend with a bat costume
2) Start mounting
3) While mounting, have him cast bat on you
4) Now your in bat form on your mount, and your mount is little bitty. |

Actually, all you have to do is be on a mount when someone puts the bat costume on you. |

This looks so funny as an undead with small noggenfogger and a kodo. Just drink noggenfogger at the same time as the bat is put on you, and this should work. |
