I found out how to get drunk without the blurryness (I dont know if anyone knows this) but all you have to do is get the strongest brewfest beer (Mabye from the free beer place) but dont drink it yet
Then find someone to give you a costume (Prefurably ninja costume) then once the costume is on start drinking beer and you wont get the blurry effect
as simple as that

Esc -> video options -> Full-Screen Glow Effect -> turn it off.
same result, never get blurred :>

No blur on glow- people need to play with their options more.

That stupid blur has always made my eyes water and give me a small headache.
