Okay so I found out a way to make your character "bug out" of the world. This is basically the buyrandompicks bug but you can go places without spawning back where you started ten minutes later.
A description of the effect: All monsters despawn (on your screen only), you can't aggro any monsters, and your health is frozen at the amount it's at. Also, your mana regeneration stops. I'm not sure if there are any other effects but that's all I've found so far.

Okay so here's how you do it (YOU NEED TWO ACCOUNTS FOR THIS):

Log onto both accounts and log into your characters (Character1 and Character2) and meet in some city (I used Stormwind).
Make a macro on Character1 that says:

 /script AcceptTrade("1")
/script BuyRandomPicks("5")

Open a trade between the two characters and have the character2 (the one that does NOT have the macro) put up an item for trade and accept.
Now, go onto Character1 (the character that DOES have the macro) and click on the macro.
Go back to Character2 and cancel the trade. Now, log out. If everything is done right, you won't log out.
Character2 will now be "glitched" out of the game and can't aggro monsters but CAN cast spells. I still have some testing to do with mounts and hearthstones and portals and summons and such.

I wonder if you could dupe items with this trick.

Have the trade window open with the items inserted, the duper uses the script and accepts the trade. However, since he's "disconnected" possibly the other person won't lose the item.

can you kill a mob with this? or can you only cast and not do damage? cause you could like down raid bosses like this. or at least 5 man bosses.

I'm not sure yet. As I said, I still have to do some testing.

Basically, the only reason you can't aggro monsters is because this bug causes all npc's (expcet the ones you can see when you start the bug) to despawn. So unless you can see the boss when you do the bug, you won't be able to attack him just like he won't be able to attack you.

Also, I did a tiny bit of testing. On a level one I ran from Northshire to the farthest edge of the Eastern Kingdom's map. Without dying. The entire way, I couldn't see any monsters and my health was locked in place (I could use mana, but couldn't regain it). When I tried to log off, I couldn't so i alt-f4ed. When I logged back on the toon, I was at the westfall graveyard. However, there was no spirit healer and no arrow pointing to my body...

That sounds like the server let you move through the Wetlands but the mobs on the way killed you. Even though you couldn't see them, the server still aggroed them onto your character and killed you while you were desynched.

No... I died because of fatigue, not because of aggroing mobs. If I'd aggroed the mobs, I would have died much before I got to westfall (I ran through hogger's place)

As a side note I just tried this with a friend and he can't log back in after alt+F4ing. It's been close to 30 minutes and his character hasn't despawned.

Just a warning - not sure if that's typical.

Weird, I had no trouble logging back in. The only problems I had was getting DCed when I tried to use my mount

wonder if you could do this at your raid so u cannot wipe =D
