Well i saw a lot of ways to level weapon skills here : killing rats , using sap(rogues) etc, so i came up with a better way and the best thing is that the mob doesnt die. Go to Blasted lands and find a servant of razelikh , they should be right outside the dark portal . Start fighting him and when he gets low on hp
(1-8 % ) he will sort of banish and then after a few seconds start attacking again. After that u can Attack him how many times u want , he wont die , just heal bandage or something. He hits weak and doesnt move fast so u can run away when ur low on hp , heal and come back. There should be a lot of them around there.
Its not really an exploit , but i found it usefull and wanted to share it to you all.

Well i dont know why those links are not working..
To prove my point: Click search, type "servant of razelikh" and there will be 3 results,
one being this post and one of the other two being a weapon leveling post with the same method as you posted.

There's also another place to level up any weapon skill. In Hellfire there's a quest that you are supposed to do (well Horde side, I don't know about Alliance) go kill some BE's I believe, and there's some mini-voidwalkers running around. Well, to the left of the pool that they spawn out of, there was always 1 mini-VW that just sits there. He's glitched, won't attack, and he will always miss/evade.

You would think you wouldn't be able to level up a weapon skill on an evade, but it worked for me.

and more... sigh. Searching is easy! I'm not sure if you're doing it manually by surfing through threads, but if you want to search something like this, its best to just type "Blasted Lands" or "Servant" ... "Weapon skill" ... etc. Being very specific in your searches with short word choices works very well instead of typing "How to level weapon skill in Blasted Lands Using Servants that banish themselves." Nice try though!

yeah this is a fairly commonly known method, before the days of massive hp we would kite one of these to stormwind and let bolvar tank him, still not bad to let everyone know, they really do like no dmg
