It was noted in the test realms that a summoning stone problem was to be fixed... and they did.. Problem is, we can still bypass level requirements!
Before patch 2.2 it was a simple press f2-f5 to switch party members before the portal opens... It is still this way but the timing requires much more accuracy...
Now it says "Target does not meet level requirements" when you try to casually switch over.... or it just works on the person first selected..
You must switch targets barely after you click.. Don't know if this will help anyone but there is my 2 cents..

It does work, just keep yourself on target for summon, and spaz out with clicking the rune and your F-key at the same time. It took me a bit but i was able to summon 2 level 11's to cosmos.

Hmm i think this is similar to the diablo 1 dupe trick... drop an item to the ground and as soon as you get the item, quickly grab a random item in your inventory and it will turn into the item you dropped from the ground.

So in summoning, you target a party member (or yourself) that is within the summoning level requirements and as soon as you right click on the portal to begin summoning, quickly switch to another target that is not within the requirements (using the f1-f5 default keys or maybe a target macro).

Correct me if I'm wrong..
