You can perform this AoE glitch without even being frost spec! Using this 'glitch' you will be able to gain a 'ginormous' amount of experience as compared to grinding, drinking, eating, and questing.

Although you will gain more experience through doing this series of AoEs than you normally would, this does have a few 'downfalls' you should know about.

First of all, these mobs (Mana Surges - Level 40 - Casters{Nature}) do not drop loot of any kind, ever. This includes money, greens, blues, epics, etc.,

Also, you must complete a series of quests to be able to get to the quest to 'Glitch'. You can begin the series of quest at level 38, before you can begin the glitch.

You must complete the following quests:

1.) Return to the Marsh.
-Tabetha is located in the Dustwallow Marsh region at map coordinates 46, 57.-

2.) The Infernal Orb.
-Go to Desolace and snatch an infernal orb from a Burning Blade summoner. You'll find summoners at the Mannoroc Coven. The orb has a 100% drop rate.-

3.) The Excorcism.
-Here you spawn a demon outside of Tabetha's shack. Demon is a lvl 40 (Elite)-

4.) Power in Uldaman.
-You can get the Power Source from killing the Obsidian Sentinel right at the Uldaman Backdoor(67,44)-

After completing these 4 quests you will pick up the quest 'Mana Surges'

This is where the 'Glitching' begins..

1.) Make hundreds of food/drinks.

2.) Accept Mana Surges quest.

3.) Walk outside near the two torches and buff up. (Mage Armor, Dampen Magic, Arcane Intellect, Mana Shield, Ice Shield)

3.) DELETE THE QUEST! (This is the most important part.)

4.) The mobs spawn, 2 sets of 2's, 2 sets of 3's, 2 sets of 4's, all the way up to 2 sets of 5's. The mobs will spawn 1-5 seconds after they die. So AS SOON as the mobs die, run away and start resting up for the next set of AoEs.

5.) Your able to AoE these mobs and get as much XP as you possible can, for 10 minutes, then the mobs despawn. After this, go back to step number 2.

Note from Alkhara- This is the fastest exp I've ever had in WoW. I'm getting about 1k a minute xp + the time it takes to refill my mana. Use mana shield and dampen magic and these guys are cake.

this really does work i saw it on thottbot a long time ago and tried it. you really do get a butt load of xp. I got about half way into 38 within 15minutes. And i started at lvl 38. +rep

Hey I have a level 41 protection "Aoe" grind spec paladin. Could I do this as well? Or can I not take them down as fast as I need to. - note: I have a 70 mage nice glitch, Wish I would've had it a LONG time ago + rep.

these are mage quests, so youd have to have a mage start it for you...but you could try it...i guess
