Yes, It does! you can still log into the PTR with the old 2.2 build, and /console worldport and /console port work there.
And if you use the ACTUAL console, you can do a whois, which allow you to get an account name of a person, but no password. (Search "console" probally on the forums to find a guide to getting wow console working)
Note: This started working right at at 7:30 MST time, and probally earlier
EDIT: to GM isle and other places:
/console worldport 1 16222.1 16252.1 12.5872 ~ GM Island
EDIT2: This is actually much better... You may hate bold and such but...
DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A LIST OF PORTS TO PLACES LIKE EMERALD DREAM AND SUCH?

What do you mean with the old ptr build?.. anyway im about to try this i downloaded about 11 patches so far on ptr and i only went on there a month ago |

It doesnt work anymore as of 9:40 MST time, they just stealth fixed it without a shutdown or nothing... just "You dont have permission to perform that function".
So mod could delete / close this thread please. |

Just got hotfixed, I was on there with some other mmownd'ers I was on gm island for 10mins or so and i got 2 debuffs, Freeze ' Frozen ' , and another one which said 'You can only talk to GMs' |

it seems like everyone who goes to GM Island is getting auto ban, so dont try it, even if you get banned, you wont get perma baned, as your using a feature of the game that you can currently use, its not like your hacking to use it or anything. | | |
