How is this getting nerfed? this is intended, as a matter of fact, Blizz put a video of a druid using speed pot > rocket boots and slowfall > dash > wsg speed buff for a fast wsg cap.
Anyways, what's the speed on the boots? and the "You probably won't be still standing when you get there though..."

It won't drop unless there's an Engineer in the group, so the droprate is waaaaaaaaaaaay higher.
