When you reach 335 in enchanting you can learn the following recipe: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
When you learn it, the skillups are gray, which means you can't get any skills on it.
Currently though, there is a bug which makes you able to skill on it while it's gray.
Proof:
I have no idea how far you can skill with it, but it's a cheap way to skill.
Just buy Small Prismatic Shards and make them to Large Prismatic Shards, then sell them.
It's a profit only doing that.
Apparently (according to a comment on WoWHead) it's getting fixed in 2.2 so you'd better hurry up if you want that free skillup

It stopped skilling me up at 350, so I think it is related to the blood elf racial. It's getting fixed in 2.2 anyway, when Blizz decided to get off their lazy asses.
