Pretty easy way to make 1k+ gold, with help from a friend.

Ok, about 2 days ago a friend of mine from school decided to quite and he said I can have his character - I decided not to take it since I don't really want another account, so I told him to Disenchant all his gear and give me all the non soulbound stuff he has.

Since his gear was all epics from "T4 Instances", I ended up with around 30 Void Crystals (Along with loads of primals he already had, and his gold).

To make this not suspicious so it didnt get seen as someone hacking someones character I did the following to get the items/gold to my character:
1. Made a character called "Uborpala" on X realm, got the gear on him
2. Made another character on a DIFFERENT ACCOUNT called "Banker", with accents on several letters, and put the items on that via trade
3. Deleted "Uborpala" and recreated him, to confuse the logs
4. Sent the gold to my main and some friends characters, pretending to be a guildbank.
5. Collected all the gold/items from friends, deleted and recreated the banker.


This seems to have payed off, because after this we deleted my friends old main, then I asked for it to be restored.

After a long talk with a GM about the character, since I confused the logs as to where my gear went, the GM was nice enough to restore my friends warlock with all of his old gear back





I guess maybe this could of just been luck of having a nice GM, but it all worked out fine for me, duplicated around 2500g worth ^^

Well, I only posted this because it might be useful to someone in a similar situation as mine - With a friend who has quit and doesn't care what happens to his character.

Another way, if you get the character with no gear restored just open another ticket and recover your gear.

pretty easy...not really, you need a friend who is willing to give up his account. thats not so easy.

but still way to confuse the system...and me the first time i read it.

Well it it wouldnt have confused the system much no matter what u do bliz can still track you IF they want sometimes they are just to lazy i reckon u got a lazy one

Deleting your account confuses it quite a bit, they'd have to spend a good hour tracking where it went, and most of them don't want to put up with the hassle of getting back to the player the next day so they just get it over and done with.
