Alright so this is my first post and I think It deserves to be here.
Ok the first time I did this it was an accident, but I have redone it 3 times on 3 different accounts.
Ok first start off by deleting Your already made char on alliance or horde. EG I deleted my 70 nightelf hunter.
Second create a fresh horde/alliance char, opposite of your main, and log in.
Third open a GM ticket saying "I deleted my Main I dont know what I was thinking".
A GM will soon whisper you asking about your problem. Restate what you typed in you ticket.
He will soon ask What race, level and class. Just tell him the Class and level Do not specify race.(also good to park you newly created char in a nuetral zone)
After some Gm roleplaying and such He should reinstate you char, and keep your horde/alliance you just created.
So now you have both only one downfall to this you cannot create any more chars on that server.
This is really usefull for conversing with horde/alliance friends.

PS - Don't ever petition about anything again. They DO look for that, and they are not allowed to restore a character if another exists of the opposite faction. It even tells them what race the characters are.
If they ever see that they were in error, they WILL delete the character that was restored, and not give you a choice about which is deleted. The rules for that server expressly state that you are only allowed a character on 1 side, and feigning ignorance will not save you from them thinking you were intentionally exploiting the system. You'll be lucky if all they do is just delete the character. |

This is a good idea exept from the deleting the main idea, sometimes they wont give you back your character, it just depends how nice / convincing you are to the GM, only do this if u really really want to |

If you are looking on these forums then its a big chance you just changed the race and starting background on your "blood elf".

i wouldnt try this just becuase its to easy to lose your main like some GMs might not give you him or her back becuase you really cant "delete" your main by accident, but if you have some 70s around that you dont care about might as well try it. | | |
