you can use your HS while /sit /sleep /kneel -ing
also works on transmute |

Dude ive been playing WoW since it was in alpha testing and YOU CANNOT SIT AND HEARTH ive tried when eating then hearthed after and no i tried sitting and hearthing no i tried hearting while sleeping no...IT DOSENT WORK | | |
