When you are on Solarian he will sometimes despawn and spawn 12 humanoids. Instead of killing them all you need to do is Mind-control them and release them. This will make them despawn. This only works for the smaller adds though, not the 2 healers.

do you have to mind control 1 add and ALL despawn or do u have to mind control each and every one of them?

The way he writes it, it seems you need to MC all of them. I guess that you can just mind control as many as possible while they're getting aoe'ed? Or maybe the runners/ones that are not inside aoe range (going for someone else) etc.

Yeah, you need to MC each and every one. So a well placed frost nova is nice to keep them in check while working them all over.
