In other words, they have no way to prove that you haven't hacked, scammed etc etc.

but if they wanted to pursue this, model editing, private servers, etc is against the eula. which can result in rl consequences. somehwere in the eula, ill find it later, it states that you can only use the product with blizzards service, and any other use is a violation
