Well on my tauren today i was farming some primal manas and when i had like 2000 latency I went to warstomp the mob and after like 30 seconds of lag the warstomp just started to spam every half a second I tried it several times before with high latency and couldnt get it to work if someone finds out how to do it just post here

its might not be redable and maybe just a server side glitch but who knows it might be doable wenever and then if were lucky bliz cant fix it but i doubt that

it looks like it was your lag... i bet it work just like the unlimited sprint glitch.

Check your combat-log if it really did stun your monsters,
might have been serverside visual glitches.
