maybe everybody knows this, but....
A fast and free way to heal self is regenerating!
How to get a Wolverine like regeneration?
Of course no warrior or rogue goes for cloth spirit equip, but think of it:
A priest gets a ridicolous regeneration form spirit... melee classes get alot!!!
look at this formula:
Druid: Spirit * 0.09 + 6.5
Hunter: Spirit * 0.25 + 6
Mage: Spirit * 0.10 + ?
Paladin: Spirit * 0.25 + ?
Priest: Spirit * 0.10 + ?
Rogue: Spirit * 0.50 + 2
Shaman: Spirit * 0.11 + 7
Warlock: Spirit * 0.07 + 6
Warrior: Spirit * 0.50 + 6
As a rogue with a full set of cheap greens (of spirit) you can easly regenerate 250hp every 2" tic, 500hp if u sit down!
so 2500hp/10 seconds regeneration
Just make a macro to shift equipment when u are stealthed:
Sintax:
Equip to default slot:
/equip ObjName
Equip to choosen slot:
/equipslot [n] ObjName
1 is Head
2 is Neck
3 is Shoulder
4 is Shirt
5 is Chest
6 is Waist
7 is Legs
8 is Feet
9 is Wrist
10 is Hands
11 is Top Finger
12 is Bottom Finger
13 is Top Trinket
14 is Bottom Trinket
15 is Back
16 is Main Hand
17 is Off-Hand
18 is Ranged
19 is Tabard
20 is Ammo slot.
cloth peices 'of spirit' are dropped by the chests we all farm :P
or u can buy for cheap at AH

not bad. a little dangerous though. say someone breaks ur stelath and stuns u you. you get wtf pwnt cuz ur in cloth. even worse for warriors. all someone has to do is see them in cloth and stun them. |

U're right, I've seen spirit equip up to mail, but always thinked cloth has a better spirit bonus (dunno if in effect it has).
Most useful if u go a bit far from mess and shift back equip when the enemy approaches |

...and when you switch back, you'll have say 7k hp more and you won't get it. You'll have to regen all over. |

mmmmh interesting... let me think about this...  maybe we can find a good compromise between stats...
As far I know the best spirit bonus is from chest hands and trinkets
maybe we can get spi+stam equip
they are often available on cloths
Confrontation with others works great to get the point  |

You are a Rogue. If you honor a raid with your presence it is clear that all loot you can use is yours. Green cloth items 'of the whale' are no exception!

There is a lot of +spirit gear for druids, would still have armor and spirit |

ROFL, if you can take the time in a BG/Arena/Whatever to swap gear to stealth and ****in sit around, you sure as hell can take the time to eat/stealth.
Sometimes I seriously wonder what ppl are thinking when they post shit like this.
And if your stealth was broken (whilst sitting around in full cloth spirit gear) you'd get instantly raped, a rogue with 400hp, 200 spirit, and 0% crit is a dead rogue. |

As said, it's pretty useless.
You could balance gear out so it will have high stamina and spirit, but still useless. You could try to get the same amount of stam as your real gear and then spirit, but you wouldn't have much spirit which sadly, makes it faster to eat /bandage
