this is my first post, so hello everyone
i found that the tanaris islands have now buildings on them. was there some time ago and was really suprised blizz changed something there^^
and i think they put some buildings from Dev´Island there, too...
a building with an elevator in it and stuff like that.
hope this is no double post, but since i couldn´t find anything about it, i just had to open a new thread.

i´ll try to host a few pics...coming soon

p.s. oh yes they removed the little digging site with the cross, but left the shovels^^

for AQ quests? but you get the fatigue when you try and get over there. is that a :works as intended? and there are only lvl 40 or so mobs on the islands. and nothing else to do.
plz tell me what these quests involve or send me a thottbot link^^

theres a female Naga, before those 2 islands, which is for a quest, maybe you mean that guy for the aq quests? =)

and btw, those 2 islands have been there for ages, and there has ALWAYS been an elevator there..

The fatigue requires you to obtain a swimming speed increase buff.
It does work as intended.

i have been to those islands before, too and these buildings (one with the elevator) weren´t there! the cross which was on one island has been removed and buildings were put there. i know for sure that they weren´t there the last time i went there. so maybe they have ALWAYS been there since you, Julian, 1st went there, but not when I 1st went there
but hey I´ll check my heaps of screenies (1st and 2nd visit) and try and host em somewhere

You have to do a AQ quest, then go to the naga, she gives you a quest to talk to her lover, then you come back to her, and she will give you a buff anytime to get to the islands. Speed buff.

If you mean the eleavotr thing, it just goes to the second story i think...

AQ quests begin with getting the Head of the Broodlord Lashslayer from BWL... after getting it and turning it in you can begin to collect Silithid Fragments and turn them in for Brood of Nozdormu Rep, which after collecting many, many fragments can become neutral and open up a questline involving gaining shards from three dragons, Eranikus, Vaelastraz and Azuregos. This is relatively simple if your guild has BWL on farm, but it still takes much patience and the quests on the way to getting all three will take many people to accomplish.

Anyhow, when you're completing one specific quest on the line, you have to talk to someone about getting a ransom note, after speaking with her further she gives you a speed buff which allows you to run to the island before fatigue kills you, and uncovering what was left on that island.

Voila.
