Level reqs:

1. Below Stormwind: lvl 10+

2. Caverns of Time: lvl 40+

3. Hyjal: lvl 60+

The picture is from the crossroad in Dun Morogh that leads to Northern and eastern gate outpost.

Just follow the mountains, and you will understand rest yourself.
It's really easy to make your way there.

umm... there are other ways to get to theese places, I can get under SW at lvl 1... CoT I can get just as soon as I can get to Tanaris, and hyjal is easy for lvl 50's if they know how to dodge aggro... and run from aggro without aggroing more...
