Ok, this is sorta like the Westfall instant spawn Defias thing lots of people try and spam.... anyway in Jerod's Landing by Goldshire, there is a lvl 10 named Dockmaster ( he is for the Rouge weapon quest ) when oyu fight him, 2 lvl 8-10 defias body guards spawn and all mob you... If you survive, the Dockmaster will spawn about 5seconds after you killed him. Since he is 10 and a humanoid, it gives you a chance for those low level drops, and linen. Also like every otehr one of his spawns, the Defias Bodyguards spawn.
Plus, a Chest spawns in the House and on the Docks . I found this last night when i was doing the quest with a lvl 33 druid helper.

EDIT: He is normally hostile, and this is more helpful for low lvl Alli.

Well, if you are leveling lowbie mages or slightly higher other classes (or a lvl 1 shammy ), its not a bad idea at all.

Is he hostile normally, or just when you do the quest? I havent been to the lowbie areas for a long time =D

PS- Please include that this is more of an alliance area. Its common sense, but good to see.

There was one posted a few days ago of my grinding spot for linnen, Its in westfall one of the windmills near the water have about 5 spawns under it and they respawn almost instantly.

He might ahve gotten banned for "exploiting" the game.... ( don't see why though )
