Using this method you can now get to the new Tomb'ish area, (it is supposed to be a 10 man lvl 70 dungeon in the expansion) below the Towers in Deadwind pass.

It is rather simple to do. If you go to the Tower you can see a instance entrance behind a closed gate. You cant use fear/poly/ghost to get in there, but further down theres a crypt entrance with a gate as well. If you pull one of the hostile ghost here and let it kill you, the graveyard is close and you can rez on the opposite side of the gate to explore some of this new content.

Is really worth it I mean is there anything cool to see in there? Also is there any good drops from the NPC you are talking about?

There are not NPC's down there, just an empty instance. Other than the Upside Down Sinners room, where there are dead people handing underwater by hooks, there isn't much to see in there. Also there are working gates leading into tomb areas with odd names such as somthing along the lines of WorkingDoodad_08

Sweet, another Big Trouble in Little China reference. Hell of the upside down sinners, where corpses hung upside down in the water. I'm heading down to check this out tonight!
