If you're playing a Druid and you or the opposite team is about to give their final cap, use cyclone on an unfriendly target. There is a current bug where doing so prevents them from getting a BG Token.

Blizzard knows about this and intends to fix this next patch, so use it while you can!

You can also mind control them and they will only get 1 token as if they were losing. (They will get 3 if you're on the winning team though )
