First off im going to state two things.
1.) This is not easy to do and you cannot do this on a regular basis.
2.) For this to work you need some a friend on the other faction
ALSO: Please note I have not tried this in some time so it may be patched, if this is the case I am sry.
Oh, and please kill the guards first. The last site I posted this on had people respond to me with "I cant do it the guards wont let me in the inn"
Sry if this is old but here we go,
To start this try to choose an out of the way spot where there isent alot of players around. Now, how your friend on the oposite faction as you start kiting the inkeeper (THIS IS IMPORTANT) WITH NON DAMAGING SPELLS! THIS MEANS SPELLS LIKE FARIE FIRE AND CURSE OF WEAKNESS! I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH! ok. Now have your friend bring the inkeeper to anywhere in the world you want to set your hearth to. This can be an instance portal, a good grinding spot, ect. Once you have the inkeeper to where you want to set your hearth purge/cure/dispell the de-buff off him/her. If this is not possible dont fret! This only hinders your chance of success but does not eliminate it! Now have your friend stop attacking the inkeeper and let it kill him/her. Once your friend is dead the inkeeper will try to enter evade mode and run back to the inn. However there is a split secound pause where the inkeeper stands in the same spot THIS ONLY LASTS FOR A SEC OR SO SO YOU MUST MOVE QUICK! Right click on the inkeeper and set your hearth! And there you go! Your hearth is now set to that spot.
I do relize this is alot of work for something so small so set your hearth to a hard to reach place. My friends was on dancing troll village way back when.
