You need a warlock and at least 2 other people for this exploit to work.
You also must have the Quest : "That's abominable!"
Firstly you go and get the item: Chilled Abomination Guts
Summon your Abo and get your warlock and 2 other friends to summon you once you are there position the abo how you want it and use its Ability "Burst at the seams" to blow people away. If you do it correctly you can knock people off the landing pad.
The abo's cant be taken outside of northrend, i just tested it got summoned to Onyixa's lair with one and it didnt work. But still can have fun in dala and at summoning stones for raids  Havn't tried a dungeon dont need to do heroics anymore and my raidleader would have booted me from raid if i tried there (i will find out though unless someone else can test it for me)

So SW exo IF darn are out i said id check |

once the abomination is up, u accept the summon and there u are with ur abom |

I figured out that you can also use the ground teleporter, that will teleport you into dalaran, the abomination will be ported too |
