On Northern beasts if you happen to not be the last person to die simply release your spirit and you wont be saved to that run. This could also be useful for a silly mistake on beasts if your going for a tribute run.

In a guild situation, if one person gets saved, everyone must have that same save or kick that person, which i dont think they would.
This is curious anyway |

This is curious anyway | I pug ToTGC 10 every week (leading the raid) and slowly progressing more in it each week.
I can imagine this is useful as the majority of ToTGC pugs on our server don't get far at all.

In a 10 man setting it is possible to have 1 person alive (thus the encounter still in progress) and have the 9 dead people release before the encounter ends, preventing them from getting saved. However once the last person dies the encounter is over and that person is instantly saved. If the 9 people that didn't get saved start a new id, they won't be continuing with the last person to die from the previous attempt because they are saved to an id with 1 attempt used. |

if you wipe and you run back in it asks you if you want to get saved or not, you have 59 seconds to click yes or no and leave the instance.
so, its working as intended. |  |
