Change factions again before 60 days!
I have searched tons of things and found nothing.

Basically, what happened was I faction changed to Alliance. I absolutely hated it soo much, and realizing I was stuck at Alliance for 60 days I just stopped playing. So, what I did was I canceled my account. After only 3 weeks of being Alliance I relogged in to my account and noticed that after canceling my account it wiped the 60 day limit on faction change.

Canceling the account just stops them drafting another payment, which is easy to resetup.

So, I am back at Horde 3 weeks into the first faction change with a reactivated account.

Anyway, I hope this makes sense. Have fun trying it out =)

You could also ticket a gm and say how much you hated it. There was a thread earlier on how someone hated it and they got a refund and their race changed back. (And I know that isn't an exploit)

Yeah, I changed faction as soon as they offered it, hated the change, and waited until yesterday to come and find out that Blizz changed the cooldown from 60 days to just 3 days. I guess they wanted to stop the freebie refunds.
