Have you ever gotten mad at someone but had to hold your anger in so you dont get reported? well Blizzard does not report you by account MOST of the time they actually report you by the character and what he has said. So if someone calls you names or is retarded in a group just make a new charecter with an inuslting name to them and have fun. you would normally get about 3-5 minutes of yelling at him before he reports you and another 10 till a GM comes. that is plenty of time to delete that character

For a point-to-point explination of this ban process:
You make character X.
Blizzard records character X to account Y.
You spam a bunch of crap to character Z.
Blizzard monitors chat incoming to character Z after the report.
Sees character X spamming to Y, which is in fact Z. Anyways. the moral of the story is. Blizzard sees the name of X. Checks server logs to see when X was created. If it was in the time frame of Z's report, and actually sent the spam, banstick ftw.

The point is.. He's wrong. You will get banned. They can and will track, if they feel so inclined, anything which happens on the network. <-- That is for anyone who cares enough to read.. If you don't, you're probably wont of the ones who got banned because you didn't read, and who, IMO, deserve to be taken out of the community.

im only 14 and i get the sig i mean u only have to know what binary is to understand that he must be mean binery for 2 i dont even know binery just logic realy :P
any way if its seriouse they will cheak chara aginst account its not hard but 9 time out of 10 its not vry seriouse and a verbal waring is worst ull get depends
also deleted characters stay in your files go into your wow directory into wtf files into account into your account then your server and it will show all chjaracters ever made buy you on that server

Whats the point anyways. Most people, if they are intelligent will just /ignore. Then what? Create a new char to fuss them out about ignoring you. If you feel like doing all that just to say a couple of words that is going to have virtually no effect on someone then...wow.
they can report by char(sometimes for minor things) but if u go around hacking on ur main account/char BAN button--MAIN ACCOUNT=Blizzard just Pawned You In The Anal Hole
