Hey all, just found something interesting -- while the Bread of the Dead disappears whenever you go offline/log out, you can mail it off before you log out and it will go through the mail system just fine.
When you do this and the other person opens the mail and tries to take the bread from your letter, they are immediately disconnected (thus forcing the offline status which makes the bread disappear).
Unfortunately though, you can't mail this to another character and then use the return feature to get it back to original character to hold onto the bread any longer.

To refresh the timer, use the "stacking trick" so that you can keep the candy for a longer period of time.
I did this all the time last year, timed it so that the object only had 0 days left by the time it hit their mailbox. Send it during off-seasons, so that they're more likely to pick it up - "oooh! halloween candy in August!"
After a couple times of trying to retrieve the object from their mailbox (and getting Disconnected), they would finally just delete the email. =]  |

(Confirmed still working as of 3:30 CST) | Actually he was referencing to Halloween Candy. Indeed you could mail it last year and the year before, but this year it counted as a conjured item so you could not mail it. |
