More than one point from a node

Hey guys, just a little something I thought I would share, found this while mining in Sholozar.

Anyways, what you do is find 2 relatively close nodes(only ore has been tested but others should work too) and mine one, but don't take anything from it.
Then, go up to the other node and mine it, and again, don't take anything from it.
Now, go back to the original node and mine it again, and voila, 2 points from a node. Now you can do this as many times as you want however they will despawn eventually.

Sorry guys, been working alot lately and haven't had time to check mmowned. Anyways, yes, this DOES still work, if you need me to explain it any more clear I can, however I need to have more info other than "it doesnt work". Ok, so what you do is CLICK a node, make sure auto loot is off, when your done mining do NOT take the ore/herbs/whatever, go to another node, repeat the previous step, and go back to the other node. If it doesn't work wait about 20-30 secs and do it again. Yes, it DOES work and it doesn't depend on us/eu/server/whatever.

Anyways, yeah, it should work with every other gathering skill. It helps alot in leveling up a new profession, just got mining from 400-450 in under 30 mins using this . Well enjoy it guys. I can post up a video if you need to later also.

Didn't worked for me, took screenshots of mining/herbalism, keep in mind I did this on an european server called Azjol-Nerub, there might still work for other servers/US client.
Edit: Trying with herbalism too, anyways need to level it.


Editt: Mining didn't worked for me, only got 2 points from 2 different nodes located next to eachother.

Yes, you can. However you have to do it pretty quickly. Occasionally they will despawn, however it isn't very likely.

Don't think your doing it right.
See you don't take the item from the node, therefore it doesn't despawn, then you hop to the other node, mine/herb it, and come back to the original. Then back to the other, etc. After awhile you can grab the ore from them or whatever if you need.

That's exactly what I'm doing, as on the pictures you see I gained 2 levels from the original herbs, (3 in herb, but looted by mistake) which means I must have opened both. But the node/herb were still there meaning I didn't take the item.
And post a video please, 'cause it is NOT working for me.

Edit: I will post a video how I do it, I just need to crack gamecam, 45sec video clips suck :P

Definatley not working, has this been fixed or are we leaving something out? How "Close" do they need to be cause ive found herb nodes literally on top of each other and it doesn't work.
