Exodar Boat Exploit

Hey everyone, first post so be nice!


I was on my new alt, and got on the boat from Exodar to Darkshore, and I was looking for a way to mount up like you can in the Bre-BC Boats, so I found this:



All you have to do:

Walk up the stairs, turn around facing the pole
Jump on the rope, facing the front of the boat
walk to the end of the rope
turn around facing the pole
jump from the rope to the pole

yay!

It is way easier to walk to the end of the rope before jumping to the pole, because of the jumping distance.

p.s I searched, found nothing but the exploit for the Pre BC Boats


EDIT:

I did this on my hunter, and used "eyes of the beast" and your pet falls through the pole, and you can see from under the boat! its really fun but i dident screen shot it

for this all you have to do is stand on the pole and click eyes of the beast with your pet out :P

If you have a mount ( any level mount ) you can do it too, you don't have to be a shammy

I don't quite understand

If you are standing on top of the pole with your pet out your pet falls through, you can not move unless you off click the "eyes of the beast" buff, and you / your pet will be on top of the pole again.

When your on a mount of in ghost wolf form, you can not leave the pole or you will get dismounted.
While on that boat, that is the only place you can be mounted, the point of this is to be able to mount up after the loading screen, so you can jump from the pole to the dock with out getting dismounted, saving time.

Try to walk to one of those poles on the back of the boat instead, funnier results

(This only works in darkshore btw :P)

You don't need ANY speed increase to do this, and...It's REALLY old. By about..Since the 2.0 patch.

No...It's not 'common' for people to run around jumping on poles, if you were aware of this why dident you post it for the mmowned community?! oh and thx Hounro :P
