Double Achievements for One Mount
so, in brewfest, if you're lucky enough to win the roll of the mount, the moment you receive it you will get the two achievements related to it, (BrewFAST Mount and Have Keg Will Travel)

If you trade it to someone else in the 2hrs limit and this person learn it, they will, as well, get both achievements.

This is correct.

Its the same with the Mechanohog Mount. I received the achievement when I took it our of the mailbox - before learning it.
