Make enemy pets useless in Ring of valor arena
ok
while the elevators are rising while you tab spam and you see the enemy has a pet (lock hunter dk) if you jump over to the other side of the elevator before its completely up, and get the pet in combat it will become stuck, and useless during the fight.

so basically
Step 1: see enemy pet
Step 2: Jump while elevators are rising and engage combat
Step 3: ??
Step 4: Profit

This is not working. IF the DK, Warlock och Hunter press ctrl + 2 (Follow) then it will get unstuck.

any smart pet user already knows to have there pet on passive in the start of this arena already

if your doing bg's or arena without pet on passive,your doing it wrong.

Spamming stay + follow quickly combats this easily (I had this once when I sent my pet in too quickly) most people who have played a pet using class for long enough should know this by now, it happens often enough.

Good to catch out noob hunter/dk/locks though

I just attempted to post a new exploit as my first post but was informed by the system that I must make 5 posts BEFORE I can create a thread. So I am replying to this to be able to post my new exploit.

I actually tried putting a pet on aggro just to experiment with this. It did run off across the room and I was too caught up in fighting to see what it was doing.

But I am so used to making pets follow/passive that I instinctively did that to get it back by my side.

SO this may give you an extra second for aggro pets, but not enough to make a scale-tilting difference IMHO

pet owner can just bring pet back via follow. rov is notorious for having pets stuck anyway even if the opposing team doesn't do anything

if you attack a passive pet it will still enter combat, and without them spamming stay/follow it will get stuck.
If you play a burst setup ie(rogue/mage) most wont have time to combat this as they are under too much preassure, plus it also helps against bads.

try and taunt the pet maybe ? , ill test it when I vs a lock/hunter/dk or w/e
