Well, rogue has safefall and its been well known that this can be used for this achi.
I am not to tell you that, what i am telling you is the fastest to reach spot for it.
Moment you ding 40, join arathi basin BG, go to the lumbermill flag, and jump down there.
You'll get achi. Make sure ur full health when u jump

Reputation: 1 Level up: 16%, 339 Points needed | | | Achievement can be gotten by jumping off either Scryer or Aldor lift in Shatt. Go to the Very right side of the top lift platform and jump down to the main Shatt platform (not the raised platform where you first board the lift. This gets you the achievement every time no matter what faction/class (considering the UC pipe is only accessible to Horde). Requires Burning Crusade. Also saying "at any level" is obvious fall damage scales to level.
I can post picks but I'm sure this is just a repost as old as the achievement itself so I'm not going to waste time on that.

Reputation: 52 Level up: 98%, 18 Points needed | | | There's a much easier spot wich is first in Northrend (Icecrown) there you have to walljump up till you cant jump higher. If you're done just walk down. You wont die and get the achievement. Without any buffs
I may post this once (Or maybe I already posted oO)
Somewhere there in one of these edges you can walljump up pretty high. When you reached the top of the place wich you can jump at, just walk backwards (If it doesnt work jump down) | | |
