Knowing what arena team you are facing.

This only works if you are facing teams you have previously played.
What you do, as you fight arena teams, write down their names/servers. When you get into a new arena, you try and whisper them. If you can succesfully whisper them, you are facing them =P

umm. massive waste of time to spend whole rpep time trying to find out who your fighting, it wont change outcome much.

Lol... if you have notepad open, it will take 15 seconds to check all the teams? Have you even arena'd ever? It takes a totaly of about 20 seconds to get buffs out.

But I have idiots on my team who take 40 sec to click the mfing healthstone portal.

For use of this in arena there is something called MACROs

myself, as a warlock in a 2v2 team, i find i get about 10 free seconds of time once buffing / preparing , but i agree, how hard would it be to just make a table irl on a piece of paper say when u win |class|skill(good , bad)|name|realm| then try whispering them. but yeah i wouldn't personally have time to do it

By using this you let other team know who they are facing too.

you can also tell if your fighting a team with the same rating as you then the queue will pop straight away, if the queue takes a few min then 9/10 they will b either alot higher rated then you or alot lower

You could /w everyone in your arena. That would give you an idea.

or you could just /chatinfo 1

I just tested it in 2v2 non rated, i'm assuming it would work in the rated matches as well as long as you're facing a team of the same faction...

That's EXACTLY what i was going to say.

Would still be kind of a pain though, and you'de have to quickly add there name to the macro list during the battle.


Or just check your battle log after :\
